Our platform

Written down, so you can hold us to it.

Every promise here has a bill number waiting for it.

  1. 1

    Taxes

Expand the property tax rebate to renters and seniors on fixed incomes. Cap the annual increase in the school levy at the rate of inflation unless voters approve more.

  2. 2

    Transit

Fully fund the Valley Line signal replacement over four years. Add two weekend trains between Eastvale and the city.

  3. 3

    Small business

Halve state permit fees for businesses under ten employees and create one online application for all state licenses.

  4. 4

    Libraries and schools

A state match for weekend library hours and summer reading programs in every district town.

  5. 5

    Open government

Publish every bill we sponsor with a plain language summary, and hold a town hall in every one of the district's eleven towns each year.
