Why I am running
Last spring the board cut the middle school reading specialist in a meeting that started at 10:40 at night. Most parents found out from a flyer in a backpack.
I spend my days making hospital budgets balance without cutting the people patients depend on. Schools can work the same way. Every cut should be explained before it is voted on, in daylight, in plain English.

A budget you can read
A two page summary of every budget, posted a month before the vote.
