Privacy Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
Launch is a website builder for political campaigns, committees, and advocacy organizations, offered at getlaunchednow.com. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language. If something is unclear, write to support@getlaunchednow.com.
Who this policy covers
Two groups of people use Launch, and we treat their information differently.
- Customers are the people who create an account to build a website with Launch.
- Visitors are the people who view a website a customer built with Launch, and who may fill in a form on it.
What we collect from customers
- Your email address, which you give us when you sign in.
- Information from Google, if you choose Continue with Google. Google gives us your name, your email address, and your profile picture. We ask for nothing else. We do not see your password, your contacts, your mail, or your files.
- The content of your sites: the words, links, settings, and images you add in the builder.
- Messages you send us, such as support requests.
- Basic technical records. Our hosting providers keep standard logs of requests, including IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. We use these to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.
When paid plans open, payments will be handled by a payment processor. Launch will not receive or store your full card number.
How we use customer information
- To create your account and sign you in.
- To save, publish, and display the sites you build.
- To send you messages about your account, such as sign in links, notices about your sites, and billing notices.
- To send you occasional product updates. Every one of those messages will include a way to unsubscribe.
- To answer your questions, fix problems, and prevent misuse of the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How we use information from Google
We use the name, email address, and profile picture we receive from Google only to create your Launch account, sign you in, and show you which account you are using. We do not share that information with anyone except the service providers listed below, who handle it on our behalf, and we do not use it for advertising. Launch's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Information from visitors to customer sites
A site built with Launch may ask its visitors for information, for example a volunteer or contact form that asks for a name, email address, ZIP code, and a message. That information belongs to the customer who runs the site. Launch stores it and makes it available to that customer, and does not use it for any purpose of its own.
If you gave your information to a campaign or organization through a site built with Launch and want it changed or removed, contact that campaign or organization. If you cannot reach them, write to support@getlaunchednow.com and we will pass your request along.
Donation buttons on customer sites link to outside fundraising services. Launch does not process donations and does not receive donor information.
Cookies and browser storage
Launch uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to hold a draft if you try the builder without an account. We do not use advertising cookies or cross site tracking.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of companies to run Launch. They handle information only to provide their service to us.
- Supabase, for our database and sign in system.
- Vercel, for hosting the Launch website and the sites customers build.
- Resend, for delivering the emails we send.
- Google, for sign in with Google, for our own email, and for Google Fonts. When a customer chooses a Google Font for a site, the browsers of people who visit that site request the font from Google, which receives their IP address as part of that request.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of Launch, our customers, or the public. If Launch is ever acquired or merged, customer information may be transferred as part of that, and this policy will continue to apply to it until you are told otherwise.
How long we keep information
We keep your account and your sites for as long as your account exists. If you delete a site, it is removed from our database. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your account information and your sites within 30 days, except for records we are required by law to keep. Technical logs held by our providers are kept for a limited period under their own retention schedules.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to support@getlaunchednow.com.
- You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time. We will still send messages that are necessary to run your account.
- You can disconnect Launch from your Google account in your Google account settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will honor a request from anyone, wherever they live.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit. Access to customer data is restricted so that each customer can reach only their own account and sites. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed improperly. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
Launch is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and notify customers by email before the change takes effect.
